Relationship Coaching
Ashley's coaching philosophies closely resemble that of a monster cookie. There's a little bit of everything in there blended together for a bite of perfection! Chocolate chips? Yep. M&Ms? Opa! Oatmeal and peanut butter? You bet.
Similarly, Ashley borrows the best strategies from brain-hacks, Reggio learning through invitation, traditional behavior modification strategies, and a healthy dose of radical, consent-based practices to guide clients.
With three degrees in education and 15 years as an educator, she understands the ins and outs of scaffolding and how we learn through inquiry. Her job is to ask great questions and gently challenge ingrained patterns of thinking, all based on areas where you want to grow. As a peer coach, she wants your self care investment to be magnified by time spent together.

“We have been in a coaching relationship with Ashley for almost a year and plan to continue to meet with her in the future. Ashley’s depth and breadth of knowledge about ENM issues and relationships, combined with her connections in the Poly community, has allowed our time with Ashley to be fruitful and insightful! We have grown as individuals and as a couple through our sessions.”

“Ashley's peer-support approach allows a level of honesty and lack of judgment that has been transformative in our relationship with each other and ourselves. I always leave sessions with a better understanding of my own thoughts/emotions and clear, actionable steps that I feel confident implementing.”
